This is great and excellent work! Will fit any 645 0r 4506 Family S&W! Compatible to Galcos if push comes to shove! This is truly a blessing since these 45 are headed the way of the "DODO" Bird along with the Holsters! There is hope!! You may want to check their other holsters as well for the same Firearms! Leather quality excellent. A suggestion is in order...Include some basic wearing instructions and a notice that some stretching of the leather may be necessary. Since I purchased the larger 1911 holster the snap set-up might be "slightly" redesigned to accommodate the beavertail that most of the non-classic 1911's have. A slight change of a 1/4 or 3/8 of an inch would have much helped. Am looking forward to wearing this often.

I have many holsters but I have never owned a shoulder holster before. I purchased this shoulder rig to carry my .44 mag when I'm horseback. The shoulder rig is extremely comfortable and well made. The gun is easily concealed under any jacket. I use this rig now for EDC as well as hiking and horseback trips.

The holster is actually formed to the SIG p228. Still it fits my S&W M39-2 very well. The construction quality is good. It looks like it will last for years. There is enough adjustment for a comfortable fit. Good holster

The quality of this Shoulder Holster rig is top notch. Comparable with other prominent holsters of this type out there. I ordered mine for a 1911, 4.25 inch barrel. The fit and balance is great. The only issue I have, as with almost any thumb-break holster, is the safety when carrying "cocked and locked", will switch off when snapping the thumb-break closed. I just hold the safety in place with my thumb and snap the thumb-break closed. This usually helps. There just are not many thumb-break shoulder holsters out there for 1911's that are designed for "cocked and locked" carry. Over time the pressure on the safety is loosening up as the leather adjusts to the firearm. The magazine pouch will carry 7 or 8 round single stack 1911 magazines without large base pads. Several of my magazines will not fit the pouch. Chip McCormick 7-8 round magazines with the smaller plastic magazine base pads fit nicely, but not the Ruger 1911 type magazines with wider pads. I wish Holsterama would sell other magazine pouches and holsters to change out on this rig, but they do not. I do really like the holster and will buy from them again.

So i am an avid online shopper. I never write reviews, and this may actually be my first review ever. This is THE BEST Holster on the market for my ruger p95. If the the other models are similar, you can't go wrong. Extremely comfortable, great leather, and easy to draw quickly with little to no friction.
