Excellent holster
Posted by The Mager T on 14th Oct 2014
This is the second of the same holster for 2 different weapons both used for legal concealed carry. Very comfortable and allows for concealment even under light clothing (i.e. medical scrubs, jogging suit). I have to modify my carry for several different situations and this holster has not failed me for either weapon or any dress style. Have not run into a way I cannot place this holster for carry and have not had and negitive history yet and done really expect to.

Holster #208, left handed, for CZ-82
Posted by Insert Nickname Here on 14th Oct 2014
Finding a LH holster for a CZ82 is hard enough, unless it "happened" came with... but even then, surplus means the leather can be dried out pretty good. To find one that is: left-handed, both a regular belt holster AND IWB, nice leather, fits nice and doesn't break the bank... well I previously doubted I'd find a holster that would fit all those.
I also like the adjustable button, as the holster which came with and others I had seen required the hammer to be cocked...I'd just as soon not carry it that way, safety or no. But I can go either way now. -
I wear it everywhere I go

I lost count of how many I have
Posted by KBA1625 on 14th Oct 2014
I bought one of these for my first carry gun, and found it so incredibly comfortable, versatile, and practical that I now have one for every gun I carry. I usually buy at the Northern Virginia gun shows, and the dealer knows my first stop after acquiring a new firearm will be to procure this holster for it.

Excellent Dual Use Holster for CZ82
Posted by Ken on 14th Oct 2014
I have a service holster for my CZ82 which works fine around the house or out hunting, but was sorely lacking for any sort of concealled carry. It pains me to only give this product 4 stars, but I do so because it's not an ideal IWB and it doesn't hold the firearm close to your body like a pancake holster when worn on a belt. However, without a doubt JBP makes a superior holster. The fit/finish is phenomenal, the pricing is great, and the shipping was perfect and quick. HIGHLY recommended product. If you want a 5 star IWB hoster, buy a dedicated IWB hoster. If you want something that gives you the option of wearing IWB or on belt, you MUST get this one. Did I mention it's gorgeous?

JBP holster
Posted by Judge Joe on 14th Oct 2014
Excellent retention, easy to draw from. This holster was a very tight fit at first, but as the instructions say, if you leave the pistol in it, it will form to the pistol's shape. And it did. Now the fit is snug but not too tight.
The holster is also fairly light weight and comfortable for all day wear. -
Nearly Perfect
Posted by JM on 14th Oct 2014
Pros: versatility of wearing it on a belt or IWB, quality construction, aesthetically pleasing brown leather, quick break in period until it form fit my pistol.
Cons: the leather seemed to rub my pistol's finish but I lined the holster with felt and it doesn't seem to rub quite as badly now. -
great dual function
Posted by The Rube on 8th Oct 2014
needed a holster for my sub-compact 9mm. I love that it has thumbsnap retention and that you can wear it owb/iwb. Belt slot will fit a 1.5" belt and smaller slot's will fit dress belts. Wearing iwb the holster is low ride so it conceals extremely well and comfortable.

A great CZ-82 concealed holster
Posted by Vad on 8th Oct 2014
Fitted my CZ-82 tightly, at first. So tightly that I thought it was the wrong holster. Followed the instructions of letting it "fit" to your firearm for a day while rubbing it down with Ballistol, and they were right. It fits perfectly now.
While the holster can be worn OTW, I wouldn't, unless you are at the range or a very "gun-safe", 2nd A friendly area. The thumb strap goes between the hammer and firing pin, making the gun even more "safe", but doesn't do anything towards "retention". If you or someone where to tilt the gun backwards slightly, you can easily draw it out of the holster while not even breaking the thumb strap.
OWB, the holster is for show only. IWB, its a great holster for your CZ-82, and that's exactly why I bought this. I don't carry OWB (my state allows open carry) unless its with the right crowds.
If you want to carry OWB with a CZ-82, I suggest you just use the original "pouch" holster that was issued with one. No one these days will know what it is....they'll assume you are carrying a tool pouch. ;) -
