Leather BELT SCABBARD Holster - Open Top

Out of the packaging the holster required no break in which is very convenient. It rides at a perfect height for me and the second belt loop pulls it in nice and tight which aids in concealment unlike most open top scabbard like holsters similar to this one. The reinforced top could be a bit more reinforced for my liking but it does work and do what it's supposed to do and aids in properly re-holstering the pistol. All in all great buy, it's my second holster from masters, great quality leather product, will definitely be buying more in the future.

I ordered the Open Top Scabbard Holster for my S&W 686+. The holster that I received did not have the double layered leather reinforced top as pictured. The quality was still great on the holster that I received and I will keep it, just disappointed not to get what was pictured. I would have given 5 Stars otherwise! NOTE FROM HOLSTERAMA.COM: All semiauto scabbard holsters are double stitched, only the revolver scabbard holsters are not double stistched on top.

Have bought 3 holster's everyone is great you won't finding a nicer well made holster for the money, I like the tight fit with the open top holster's, fast draw and it stay's in the holster till need.

I bought this holster for a Smith & Wesson Shield. I have custom made holsters like this, but the quality is not as good. I like the double stitching, and the gun fits like a glove. It was tight at first as it should have been, but loosened up quickly. You won't go wrong with this holster.

As with the other Masters products I've purchased over the years There are no regrets at all, I'm completely satisfied and will be back for as needed.

The good, this seems to be a high quality holster. The leather is nice and thick and it has double stitching. The bad, I've had my gun in this holster for a week now trying to stretch it out some. Several times a day I exercise the holster by pulling and inserting my pistol. It has loosened up very little. If I put the holster on my belt,I can't draw it because it's so tight. When I re-holster while on my hip, I can only get my XD in to where the trigger guard is at the edge of the holster trigger guard. The bottom of the trigger guard is sewn flat. I think that's why I can't re holster on my hip. I hope it stretches out because I like this holster. I also got a belt-5 stars. This is the second holster, the first being for my G17. Fit is fantastic and workmanship first class. I'm using as a range holster but feels like it would be a good all day carry rig. On top of that customer service and sales from Holsterama is outstanding. Seriously at these prices you can't go wrong.

I think this is a great holster line, the only change I would like to see is a sweat guard on the body side of holster on the scabbard

I was turned on to this brand several years ago by a dealer that praised them highly. Have used my first one for daily carry for many years now and have a few more for other pistols. Excellently constructed, tough as iron, stays open, and maintains shape. This is the only holster I recommend and have turned others on to these!

Have been looking for a holster for my CZ 380, only found cheep nylon or very overpriced leather until now. This holster fits my gun like a glove, snug yet easy to holster and un-holster at my side. Easy to conceal and easy to wear. Will recommend to all I know.
