This is a great holster. It is well made and my S&W 66 2 1/2 inch fits just fine; the problem comes when I attempt to reholster. I bought the heavy 1 1/2 inch x 1/4 inch belt. The straps of this holster are VERY snug around this belt. When you are pushing the 66 into the holster, the downward pressure causes the top edge of the belt to unsnap the holster loops. I can successfully reholster by undoing the belt, using two hands and holding the holster with one hand and reholstering the 66 with the other...and then rebuckling the belt. The quality and fit of the product is fine, but I'm not real pleased with the holster unsnapping. I'll work on this.

The holster is well made. And the price is about $20 cheaper than similar holstets and a few that were not even as nice! I like the snaps because there tight to the belt, the strap length is designed for a standard belt and not to try and fit everything out there. So the holster feels secure all the time not loose!

Well made, great design. This holster is very comfortable, easy to draw and reholst. Now I know why is rate five out five stars. It works perfect with my Jframe S&W 642. The transaction and delivery went flawless, thank you HOLSTERAMA.
Comfortable and simple

Purchased one of these from a local gun shop for a 3.5" 1911, loved it, and have used them ever since. Currently using one for a Glock 23 and it really is one of the easiest and comfortable holster I've ever worn. Generally sits at a slight forward cant and allows easy draw. My only complaint is that it occasionally can be difficult to re-holster.
Nice holster! Thanks!

Very nice holster, and immediate shipping. I've paid more and waited longer for holsters that are not any nicer than this one. The only possible suggestion I would have is to perhaps allow for interchangeable belt loops to accommodate different belts, but that's hard to find from most manufacturers.
I really like the leather as well - this holster is already soft and pliable right out of the box, which I think is a big + for an IWB.
I'll be back!
What a great holster for the price.

For the price I don't think you can buy a better holster and in my 40 years in law enforcement I've bought my share. Fit's my Kimber like a glove and is the most comfortable IWB holster i've ever used. You can't go wrong with this holster.
I will buy this product again

3rd Masters holster
Posted by Utah on 13th Oct 2014
So this is the 3rd Masters holster I have purchased. The latest was for my G-36 these holsters are unbeatable for the price. And they fit a 1" 1/2" belt perfectly! Snugg the wat it should be. Great holster at a fair price most of the other companies holsters tha I have looked at are $80 or more for the same thing but they build them to accommodate up to a 1.75" which means there sloppy and move around. So for the money and the fit and Finnish I will keep buying these great holsters!
Bought another one

I liked the one I bought for my 1911 so I bought another one for my Beretta PX4. Good value and quality leather holster.

Solid buy, If I could change only one thing it would be to add something to stiffen the opening of the holster. Wearing the holster inside your pants with your weapon inserted it wears very nice and you dont think twice about it. But if you have to draw and reholster that can be a bit tough.
Worth Every Penny

Bought this to replace a clip on holster. It does most everything I wanted it to do. It does sit a little higher than the clip on but still conceals well. I have a Kahr PM40 and this is a little long for the gun but other than that if fits well.

I purchased an XDS 9mm for concealed carry. At the same time I purchased a Galco concealed inside waistband holster. I used it for two days and decided to buy the Master's. The Master's is way more comfortable. It stays in place and after the first hour, the weapon is not noticeable while on your hip...meaning it doesn't feel bulky or heavy.
The holster does print a little, but still tucks as close to your skin as possible. It has a strip of leather that runs the entire length of the slide on the inside. That's nice as when drawing and reholstering, you can index using your thumb.
Fits the weapon snug and firm. The snaps are strong and positive. Over the years in my Military experience, I've used many various holsters and this one is my favorite for concealed carry.
The shop that I bought from did not have the XDS holster specifically, so I went with the Glock 26 model and it fits beautifully.
I've used more expensive holsters and wasn't as nearly impressed. Try one of these first and see for yourself.
